Refund policy
The team at NZ Sculpture OnShore anticipates that all buyers will be delighted with their purchases. However, if any issues arise we will do our utmost to remedy the situation and will meet our obligations under the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Please contact us via email at artsales@nzsculptureonshore.co.nz with any complaint you may have about your recent purchase and we will discuss the issue and talk through options.
All artwork descriptions as shown on this site are accurate to the best of our knowledge, based on information supplied by artists or their agents.
If artworks are found to be faulty or do not match the published description on the website, then they may be returned.
In the first instance, NZ Sculpture OnShore reserves the right to repair or replace any returned works. However, if this is not possible, a full refund of the purchase price will be given. Should the goods fail to meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act, then transport costs incurred by the buyer may be refunded.
Please note:
NZ Sculpture OnShore is unable to accept any returns or offer refunds in the event that a buyer changes their mind. We encourage buyers to take note of the measurements, read the descriptions, and view the photos on the website carefully before purchasing.

Freight and delivery are the buyer’s responsibility and at their expense. NZ Sculpture OnShore accepts no liability for any damage to artworks whilst in the possession of the buyer, or during delivery or transportation to the buyer.
