Mosaic Mayhem – Artist Collective

Mosaic Mayhem is a collective of mosaic artists based in the Waikato, formed in 2023 from a shared passion for creativity, community, and collaboration. What began as a few friends pottering together in a She Shed, has grown into a vibrant group of individual creators, continually learning from one another and coming together to share ideas, inspiration and laughter.  

Mosaic Mayhem was founded with a purpose: to create and donate mosaic art for charitable causes and community projects. Their work is regularly contributed to the bi-annual Women’s Refuge NZ fundraiser, NZ Sculpture OnShore, with all sale proceeds donated in full to support those in need. Each piece is more than art - it’s a reflection of care, connection and transformation.  

Together they transform broken pieces into bold statements - each mosaic is not just a work of art, but a symbol of care, connection and hope.
