Collection: Merle Bishop

Merle graduated from Wellington Design School having studied Graphic Design, Visual Communication and Illustration. Merle has a lifetime of experience in photography, etching, painting and sculpture. She is highly motivated to create in both 2D and 3D to capture the humour and happy exuberance of dogs, and to record special relationships between people and their intelligent loving canine friends.   

It is Merle’s intention to lift the heart, and from her Takapuna studio she loves to preserve precious memories for others to enjoy. "Sit with me...!" will allow the sight-impaired to "see", children to be comforted, and grandchildren a place to sit and talk. Should "Spot" come home to live with you? His coffee mug is ready!
