Collection: Liz Harrop
Liz’s artistic journey began in Surrey, UK, where she was raised in a creative household. Now based on Waiheke Island, she works primarily in clay, handcrafting characterful sculptures inspired by native birds and the natural world.
Her work is playful yet refined, often designed for gardens and outdoor spaces, inviting interaction and storytelling. Each piece is individually built, making every sculpture unique in form and personality. Motivated by her love of nature, Liz creates art that connects people to place and brings joy into everyday life.
She holds a degree in textile arts and has exhibited in shows including Art in the Park 2024, NZ Sculpture on Shore 2023 and Sculpt Oneroa. Her work celebrates texture, nature, and charm.
