All artworks bought through www.nzsculptureonshore.co.nz must be picked up from the exhibition site - 170 Vauxhall Road, Devonport, Auckland - on 24 and 25 November 2025 between 10am and 3:30pm. Please bring your order confirmation to pick up.
Should you need to have the artwork shipped to you instead, please get in touch with us and we can provide you with a shipping quote prior to purchase.
Freight and delivery are the buyer’s responsibility and at their expense. NZ Sculpture OnShore accepts no liability for any damage to artworks whilst in the possession of the buyer, or during delivery or transportation to the buyer.

The team at NZ Sculpture OnShore anticipates that all buyers will be delighted with their purchases. However, if any issues arise we will do our utmost to remedy the situation and will meet our obligations under the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
All artwork descriptions as shown on this site are accurate to the best of our knowledge, based on information supplied by artists or their agents.
If artworks are found to be faulty or do not match the published description on the website, then they may be returned.
In the first instance, NZ Sculpture OnShore reserves the right to repair or replace any returned works. However, if this is not possible, a full refund of the purchase price will be given. This refund excludes the reimbursement of transportation costs unless specifically agreed.
Please note:
NZ Sculpture OnShore is unable to accept any returns or offer refunds in the event that a buyer changes their mind. We encourage buyers to take note of the measurements, read the descriptions, and view the photos on the website carefully before purchasing.
